Upholstery, machining and French polishing are all done here, by a restorer and French polisher with fifty years in the trade, a machinist with thirty and an upholsterer with twenty-two, roughly a hundred years of combined experience under this one roof. Hardwood frames we build carry a thirty-year guarantee and we are fully insured.

Eltham North customers are naturally welcome to see the workshop and the fabric range in person, being right here. It is a residential address, so a quick call ahead means we can have everything ready when you arrive.

Every quote covers stripping the piece to its frame, repairing joints, fitting new webbing and springs where needed, Dunlop foam and a cover cut and sewn to the piece. We price the actual work rather than a flat rate, so our number is sometimes higher than another quote and sometimes lower. A quote well under the wholesale cost of proper materials has generally left a step out.
